SalaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Ranch Hand. Ranch Hand will play a crucial role in daily operations of our ranch.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with daily chores such as feeding and watering livestock.
- Assist with fence repair and maintenance.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of barns, property, and other ranch facilities.
- Monitor the health and well-being of animals, reporting any issues to management.
- Operate and maintain ranch equipment and machinery, including tractors, ATVs, and power tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience working on a ranch or farm is preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
Basic knowledge of animal care and handling.
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed at multiple locations (travel within Texas required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
