Candidate will be responsible to plan and execute technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area. Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area.
· Provides support to clients and/or customers either onsite or remote in his/her field of expertise.
Position Description:
· Support and perform commissioning and integration of RAN related hardware.
· Support and perform the implementation of new software and maintenance loads.
· Provide technical support per project and customer SLA.
· Support lab/pilot/FOA planning and validation of new hardware and software.
· Support the creation of MOP's
· Support testing of interoperability of 3rd party products
· Customer problem investigation and support all facets of resolution
· Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his/her field of expertise
· Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness
· Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)
Position Requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years work experience in RAN Engineering for 5G/ 4G (LTE)/ UMTS / GSM.
· Radio Network Commissioning and Integration of 5G/4G(LTE)/3G/2G
· Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
· Team player, open communication and ability to work in international team
· Knowledge and practice of RAN C & I processes
· Knowledge and practice of RAN C&I tools
· Good knowledge of 5G/4G/3G/2G KPIs and statistical KPI reporting
· Solid problem solving and analytic skills
· Excellent Communication skills
Education & Experience or Other Requirements:
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science
