We are looking for a:
Software Test Engineer
The resource will be involved in planning and delivering the software verification approach supporting validators and the other teams members while working in a global environment that works for critical software in the transit railway systems.
Technical requirements:
- Develop software verification and test plans;
- Be able to identify anomalies, evaluate these impact, record and communicate them;
- Manage the verification (review, integration, and testing) and elaborate a Report;
- Create test specification based on the analysis of requirements, design, architecture, interface specifications;
- Execute tests in the laboratory environment and identify issues to subsystem level;
- Setup, Update and Maintain test labs for various test software configurations.
Preferable requirements:
- Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the railway field; or similar highly process driven industry.
- Good knowledge of DOORS;
- Good know-how of coding on C/C++, C#, Python programming language;
- Excellent English communication skills advanced both written and spoken.
- Good communication, planning and organization/control skills; strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be work both independently and as part of a team
- To be proactive and able to anticipate
