Assignment Details:

• Job Start Date: January 29, 2024
• Job End Date: April 27, 2024

General Information:

• Beds: 2 x-ray, 1 fluoro, 3 C-arms, 3 portables
• Experience: 1 year with hospital experience
• First-time traveler: No
• Patient Types: Peds to geriatrics (approximately 10% are peds), outpatient, inpatient, ED; fluoroscopy (experience not required), general x-ray chest, ortho, long bone, scoliosis series, OR scans
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT, WI Licensure

Skills Required:

• General, OR, ED experience
• Pain procedures (preferred)

Support on the Unit:

• Other x-ray techs
• Nursing supervisor

Charting System/Equipment:

• EPIC - required
• Care Stream
• McKesson
• Philips iSite
• C-arms Siemens & GE-OEC

Additional Details:

• Floating: Bedside X-ray throughout the hospital
• Orientation: 1-4 days based on comfort
• Scheduling: Weekend rotation - 2 weekends a month (may be back to back)
• On-Call: Only for backup purposes
• Weekends: 2 weekends a month, 30 min response time
• Days: 1 backup call every 2 weeks
• Holiday Expectations: As needed, based on needs
• Scrub Color: Any color
• Parking: Free
