Hybrid: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Job Type:Full Time - Exempt

Compensation: Budgeted $56,800 - $68,400 dependent upon experience

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome each new Radiologist to discuss their personal and financial goals, to ensure maximum Radiologist efficiency, satisfaction, and success. Share this information with appropriate teams across the organization to meet both the Radiologist’s and the organization’s goals.

  • Meet with the Radiologists on a regular basis and build relationships at multiple levels.

  • Align Radiologist service hours with recruiting commitments and/or operational needs.

  • Monitor performance changes (studies per hour, miss rate, tardiness, decrease in hours), identify source, and keep leadership advised of relevant forecasted productivity trends.

  • Build an understanding of the teleradiology and urgent care business model, client workflows, and common market problems. Develop system and industry expertise with a consultative approach, focused on ensuring optimal utilization of Experity Teleradiology technology.

  • Increase Radiologist satisfaction by understanding personal and financial needs and exploring extended commitment to Experity Teleradiology. Elevate Radiologist relationships from contactor to trusted business partner.

  • Discuss and facilitate potential transition from Independent Contractor to Hourly or Employed Radiologist.

  • Coordinate and hold accountable internal service teams as necessary to facilitate successful delivery of our services.

  • Work with Finance to calculate and submit Employee Radiologist and Independent Contractor payroll each month.

  • Administer Human Resource aspects for the Employee Radiologists, including PTO management, benefit assistance, and payroll support.

  • Collaborate with Scheduling Coordinator to manage Radiologist schedules and fulfill operational needs.

  • Handle all terminations of Radiologists, both voluntary and involuntary, as directed by leadership.

  • Communicate regularly with all Radiologists on client concerns.

  • Field all Radiologist questions and concerns, and work with appropriate teams for resolution.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Travel:

  • May require occasional travel.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Physical Science, Biological Science, or other relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least three years' experience in a healthcare operations manager role or five years’ progressive relevant experience with demonstrated success and leadership skills.

  • Proficient working knowledge of computer software (or ability to learn quickly), such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and PACS systems.

  • Preferred:
    • Previous Customer Service, Account Management, and PACS experience.

    • Master’s degree.

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Software that healthcare providers use to input patient data, such as medical history, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and test results.
  • Patient Engagement (PE): Software that shows patients the wait times at various clinics, allows patients to reserve a spot in line if there's a wait, and book the appointment.
  • Practice Management (PM): Software that the clinic front desk staff uses to register the patient once they arrive for their appointment.
  • Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Software that manages coding, billing and payer contracts for clinics so they don’t have to.
  • Teleradiology: Board certified radiologist providing accurate and timely reads of results from X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, for our urgent care clients.
  • Consulting: Consulting services for urgent care clinics to assist with opening, expanding and enhancing client's businesses
