Job description

Oak Grove Technologies is looking for a Chemical Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Radiological &Nuclear Countermeasures Capability Sustainment Coordinator.  This position directly supports the Government Program Manager in administrating multifaceted training throughout the continental United States and personnel qualification program.  The Radiological & nuclear Countermeasures Capability Sustainment Coordinator will assist in the execution of the Technician Development and Qualifications Program to ensure Operational Readiness and Proficiency Sustainment training is adequately coordinated for deployable Render Safe Teams.

Primary duties shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Coordinating clearances, special access, and visit requests for all section personnel to DOE National
  • Formatting, coordinating, and submitting training, bilateral drill, and training aid requests to support annually identified skill sustainment objectives to ensure individual and team operational
  • Receiving and reviewing lab and vendor-produced customized schedules of event proposals and cost estimates and providing recommendations to TDQP Sustainment Program Management for approval or further modification to meet objectives against Mission Essential Task List (METL).
  • Maintaining an event spreadsheet(s) that tracks the status of all sustainment requests, proposals, and estimated costs for approximately twenty - six (26) large interagency events per
  • Traveling with the Render Safe Team to select sustainment events to ensure appropriate level vendor delivery/performance and preparing After Action Reviews (AARs) to continually improve curriculum delivered to teams in accordance with identified Unit
  • Coordinating access to and support team requests to utilize classified training aids to meet readiness objectives.
  • Maintain an inventory and account for classified training devices and materials. Performing regular liaison with identified DOE, DOD, and individual laboratory and contract vendor training coordinators.
  • Coordinating explosive and non-explosive range and training area access and maintaining and performing in the Range Safety Officer (RSO) role during readiness
  • Providing subject matter expertise and support to Interagency Device Destruction Working Group (DDWG), Dispersal Device Defeat Working Group (D3WG), and Disablement Working Group (DWG)
  • Providing subject matter expertise and support to interagency Curriculum Working Groups (CWGs) to advance and standardize instructional
  • Providing subject matter expertise and support to explosive tool acquisition, storage, and accountability.

  • Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizenship.
  • Must possess a top-secret (TS) security clearance based on a fully - adjudicated Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or Periodic Reinvestigation that was completed or initiated within the last five (5) years.  
  • Must possess or be able to obtain SCI access.
  • The clearance and/or polygraph shall not be within six (6) - months of expiration at the time of resume submission to the government.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Experience as a SME in a military or law enforcement intelligence, counter - IED or military EOD field 
  • Experience monitoring and performing administrative processes, such as establishing, identifying, and/or monitoring project requirements.
  • Experience preparing and maintaining reports, project files, and presentations relative to assigned programs.
  • Must possess ten (10) years of experience as an operational certified public safety bomb technician or military EOD technician.
  • Possess a working knowledge of ECM and employment techniques.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional
  • Have a willingness and capacity to collaborate with the other SMEs to create polished course materials, understand complex requirements, and develop easy - to - understand visualizations of abstract constructs.
  • Highly preferred - possess a Tier 1 National Mission Force (NMF) or National Asset (NA) service greater than five (5)
  • Preferred - possess a Tier 2 National Mission Force support or FBI Stabilization Team service greater than five (5) years.
