Radiologic Technologist-Full Time-Part Time- Weekends Only-You Choose

Performs radiographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injuries. Works effectively with patients and families, and maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs radiographic procedures as prescribed by a physician.*
• Operates DR equipment.*
• Determines proper technique through the selection of voltage, current, and exposure time.*
• Positions patients for the proper view of the affected area.*
• Instructs patients as to the proper physiological requirements for the procedure.*
• Operates portable radiographic equipment and monitors its operation.*
• Complies with infection control procedures.*
• Responsible for performing EKG examinations.*
• Drives company vehicle to performs exams bedside
• Responsible for inspecting and maintaining all equipment and company vehicle.*
• Performs other duties as assigned
