```Duties```
- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to prescribed treatment plans
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including linear accelerators and CT simulators
- Position patients accurately for treatment delivery, ensuring proper alignment and immobilization
- Monitor patients during treatment sessions and report any adverse reactions or side effects
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment procedures
- Educate patients about the treatment process, potential side effects, and self-care measures
```Skills```
- Proficient in radiation therapy techniques and procedures
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience with medical imaging technologies, including CT scans and mammography
- Ability to provide critical care and support to patients undergoing radiation therapy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a radiation therapy setting
