Responsibilities: ...
-Take ownership of all Radiation Safety duties for company.
-Daily scheduling of EPEs (Equipment Performance Evaluations) with MWD customers.
-Review EPE forms after Technician completion.
-Log reports and forward appropriate reports to MWD radiation customer.
-Keep track of Tech X-ray meters.
-Create POs and sends small equipment items out to Manufacturers for repairs.
-Call customers on estimates for Factory repairs.
-Shipping out returns or other items if needed.
-Order PM kits for annual maintenance and schedules call.
-Set up new equipment items after sale for annual maintenance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Ability to follow and implement state compliance regulations and procedures.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Customer Service work experience
-Must have a high school diploma
-Must submit to a drug screen and background check
