we are looking for 2 bright food scientist for our New jersey facility to help developing existing new recipes for some of the most known brands on international levels.

Duties

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Engineer to join our team. As an R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting research and development activities in the field of seasonings and spices within the food industry. Your primary focus will be on creating new recipies and data collection, analysis, and scientific research to drive innovation and product development.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments in the laboratory to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of seasoning anD food trends and apply them to research projects
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation of research findings
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong background in food science
- Experience in research development within the food industry is highly desirable
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation of research findings
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques
