Requirements

Your Role:

• In this exciting role, you'll be interpreting project briefs and developing chemical compositions that exceed our targets. You'll get the chance to liaise with suppliers and experts, staying abreast of the latest industry developments.
• Your key duties include testing formula efficacy, evaluating alternative chemical suppliers, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and maintaining professional expertise through continuous learning. You'll also be expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and addressing any arising issues.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• B.S. degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a physical science.

• 1-3 years of experience in an industrial lab, with formulation experience being a bonus.
• Advanced writing, reading, and math skills, including statistical analysis.
• Is proficient in lab procedures, testing instrumentation, and experimental design.
• Can follow cGMP and GLP guidelines, and generate ingredient decks, technical information, and product specifications.
• Comfortable working OT and overnight as needed and have reliable transportation.
• Prior laboratory experience is preferred but not a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time with a starting pay of $43,680 per year.

Work Location: Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
