Quote Coordinator (7272)

L&W Supply is a leading specialty distributor of drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials used by commercial and residential contractors. L&W Supply delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.
L&W Supply is looking for a service oriented Quote Coordinator to provide administrative support for our sales team. In this role, you will assist with processing transactions, producing product/project quotes and cultivating and/or maintaining customer relationships.
Specific duties may include:

• Responsible for generating, tracking and communicating quotes for new and existing customers
• Maintaining up to date quote documentation that encompasses accurate pricing across the market and working to ensure that there are no pricing gaps or errors
• Working with vendors to maintain job specific pricing
• Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Answering customer questions and offering product advice
• Serving as a point of contact for customer accounts projects
• Ensuring continual improvement of quoting process
• Conducting data entry of materials, margin, and lead times
• Other duties as assigned

• College degree in business, sales or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in construction sales role is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management, organizational and planning skills
