Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quickbooks Specialist to join our team. No Quickbook's experience please do not apply. As a Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the backbone of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Building a NEW Quickbooks Account
- Provide administrative support to Quickbooks Account.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks within deadlines
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting as necessary
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role using Quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
