QuickBase Developer - Construction Project Management Dept.

About Project Resources Group (PRG) and the Role

Project Resources Group was founded in 2001 and has been a leader in construction management and plant damage recovery services since. At PRG, our mission focuses on providing strategic resources for our clients, delivering customized construction-related consulting solutions for Cable Multiple Systems Operators (MSOs) and other service providers.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated QuickBase Developer to join our team and play a key role in building, implementing, and maintaining mission-critical applications. In this exciting role, you will leverage your expertise in the QuickBase platform to design, develop, and implement solutions that optimize our operations and drive efficiency.


What you'll do

  • Application Development:
    1. Translate business requirements into functional and user-friendly QuickBase applications.
    2. Build custom fields,forms,reports,dashboards,and integrations (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).
    3. Utilize formulas,workflows,and scripts to automate processes and enhance application functionality.
    4. Ensure applications adhere to best practices,security standards,and accessibility guidelines.
  • Application Implementation:
    1. Configure and deploy applications to designated user groups.
    2. Conduct thorough testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth implementation.
    3. Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for users to onboard effectively.
  • Application Maintenance and Support:
    1. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing applications.
    2. Troubleshoot issues,identify and resolve bugs,and implement necessary updates.
    3. Monitor application performance and suggest improvements based on usage data.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    1. Work closely with business stakeholders and others to understand needs and collaborate effectively.
    2. Clearly document application design,functionality,and maintenance procedures.
    3. Actively participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) developing and implementing applications using QuickBase.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBase features,functionalities,and best practices.
  • Experience integrating with or utilizing Microsoft Power BI.
  • Proficiency in database concepts and data modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving,analytical,and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Effective communication,collaboration,and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • $100,000-$110,000 annually
