Quick Service Restaurant Operations Manager

Couto Management Group operates numerous Dunkin’ Donuts shops in Massachusetts and we have plans to expand.

We are currently looking for an experienced Director of Retail Operations to lead the charge!

The DRO will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for all aspects of store operations for up to a 30 shop market. In addition, the DRO will supervise 4-6 Multi-Unit Managers and oversee the training and development of their whole Team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant QSR experience managing multiple locations (Dunkin’ Donuts experience is a HUGE plus!)
• A demonstrated ability to develop and lead a strong Team
• A proven track record of success with driving sales and controlling costs
• A passion for our Brand and a love of operations (your hands WILL get dirty!)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
