Job Summary
The primary function of a Lube Technician is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. They must always perform quality services with the utmost honesty and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with hands on vehicles, such as changing oil and filters, adding fluids, checking tire pressures as well as inspecting for other necessary work.
- Accurately completes Toyota Multi-Point Inspection Forms on all vehicles.
- Works closely as a team with constant communication.
- Speaks effectively with the customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor
- Ensures the customers’ cars are kept clean.
- Keeps the shop area neat and clean.
- Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Operates all tools in a safe manner.
- Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Automotive experience or equivalent education preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and work well with other team members
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must be thorough and take pride in your work.
- A valid driver’s license must be maintained.
