Quick Lube Advisor

Prestige Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep is looking for an experienced Express Lane Advisor to work with our Lube Techs and our valued customers, to run our very busy Quick Lane desk!! The ideal person must have experience in dealer software (Dealertrack, Xtime) and be familiar with writing Work Orders, oil change packages, customer satisfaction index, among other skills. The right candidate will be accurate, consistent, and have strong attention to detail. Must be able to work well under high work volume and communicate smoothly with customers and co-workers alike, staying well organized and focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be punctual, always ready to assist customers and co-workers.
• Walk out to greet customers as they arrive, walk around the vehicle and gather complete information. 
• Inform them of approximate wait time, and ask if they have any other questions or needs. 
• Input customer information accurately, into correct system, and input charges correctly for warranty/customer work/etc.
• Inform customer of filter/wiper/fluid status when the lube tech presents them, upsell inspection results.  
• Make sure the customer is informed of tire pressures, any anomalies, and remaining oil changes in packages, etc. 
• Accurately cash out or charge to correct account or warranty submission for each customer. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to identify problems quickly
• Good knowledge of automobiles
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Excellent mathematics skills, and computer skills
• Ability to learn new technology and specifications
• Should be able to operate basic office equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• ASE certifications preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Advisor Capacity
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly attitude
