Quick Lane Advisor

Sliman's Service is looking to add a Quick Lane Advisor to our team!

Duties would include but not limited to:

- Providing exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Greeting customers and assist them with their automotive service needs.

- Dispatching the oil changes into the shop to the lube technicians.
- Performing vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Writing up service orders and communicating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.

-Making sure the technicians complete the inspection forms and go over the inspection forms with the customer and print them a copy.
- Advise customers of additional services or products needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

- Keeping up on all training .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
