Essential Criteria:
Must have 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Must have experience working for a consultancy
Ideally you will be chartered, however if you’re not, please still feel free to apply as there is support provided with this from my client
Must have multi-sector experience in the construction industry, such as residential, commercial, industrial, education, hotel & leisure etc. You wouldn’t need to be experienced in every sector, but having some will help
Willing to work in the office 5 days per week with travel to sites where needed (most projects quite local)
