Aidance is seeking an individual to join the Quality team due to the recent growth of the organization.
The role of Quality Technical Writer develops comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards. Gain a deep understanding of products and services and translate complex information into straightforward, polished, engaging content.
Writes user-friendly content that meets the target audience's needs by turning insights into language for user success. Develops and maintains a detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications. Evaluates current content and develop innovative methods for improvement. Aids in the development, documentation, and/or refinement of processes and procedures
May analyze data and create reports. Train teams to reduce quality problems and increase understanding of quality goals. Document the current state, assess risks, and process improvement goals. Work cross functionally to develop training and support for employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience & Education
2+ years experience
AS/ABA/ABS with 2+ years of GMP experience, technical writing experience
Broad knowledge of GMP quality systems, policies and regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
Proficiency using an Electronic Document Management System (QUMAS or equivalent)
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage, and prioritize workload in a proactive manner
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understands and communicates complex subject matter.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
