Boeing is currently looking for aQuality Systems Specialistto join their team in Davie, FL. These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Distribution Inc (BDI) business unit.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location.
Position Responsibilities:
- Verifies basic product conformance to design requirements.
- Provides objective evidence of results.
- Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
- Identifies and documents discrepancies using non-conformance system.
- Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
- Reviews rework dispositions.
- Assists in product reviews with internal customer during product or process verification.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working on aircraft wheel and brake assemblies
- 5+ years of Repair Station experience performing maintenance and inspection of aircraft parts.
- 5+ years of experience using precision measuring equipment.
- 5+ years of SAP experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with manufacturer’s technical data when servicing wheel and brake assemblies.
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working/inspecting aircraft wheel and brake assemblies
- Previous experience in Visual and Non Destructive Inspection of wheel and brake assemblies.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
