Description
Job Summary:
To assist the Quality Manager in maintaining all aspects of the Quality Management System as well as coordinating Quality Assurance Department documentation.
Essential Functions of the Job:

1. Coordinate/Maintain Visual Guides, Quality Alerts, Inspection Records, Hold Ticket & RMAs
2. Maintain & Organize Document Control in Quality Department and other Departments as necessary
3. Organize, schedule, & train other employees on Internal Audit Programs at the direction of the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers. Also includes Layered Process & Product Audits
4. Conduct Internal QMS Audits
5. Assist with Importing CMM Data into ISIR for PPAP Submission at direction of the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers
6. Communicate with other Departments and Customers as necessary
7. Maintain and organize Quality Management System, updating Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, and forms as necessary.
8. Participate in & support internal & external audits.

Qualifications
Education
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ Year degree
Experience

• 3 to 5 Years of experience managing quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
• Computer knowledge and 1-2 years of Windows applications experience preferred.
• Quality Management Systems IATF 16949-Automotive Standard Requirements
• Associated Computer Programs including Databases, Word Processing and Spreadsheets
• Manufacturing Process Layouts & Process Flows to assist with Document Flow, Standard Work, & Procedures
