Job Overview:
Milestone Education specializes in nurturing local childcare brands, leveraging the resources of a larger network while maintaining the community feel of a smaller company. As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Support Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring our growing network of nearly 50 centers across eight states achieves and maintains the highest educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the VP of Quality and Academics to uphold and enhance educational quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive training for teachers and directors on state QR standards, ECERS, ITERS, ERS-3, and various other national accreditations.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of educational materials and supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school directors, prioritizing effective communication and trust.
- Ensure schools can independently implement training and maintain standards for Quality Reviews.
- Provide focused support to individual schools or areas, offering in-depth guidance and assessments.
- Extensive travel (up to 90%) to deliver on-site training and support.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ECE, including leadership roles in licensed childcare facilities.
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Experience implementing Quality Rating standards including ECERS, ITERS, and ERS-3.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and task prioritization abilities.
- Budget management experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain flexible and calm in high-pressure environments.
- Must pass background checks in all operating states.

- Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 per annum
