Summary of the Position: The Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Regional Quality Improvement Director in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Quality Improvement initiatives for the Youth Advocate Programs (YAP). This includes assisting the quality team in conducting program audits, collecting, and entering data, attending, and participating in QI meetings. The Quality Improvement Coordinator would also provide administrative support to the Regional Quality Improvement Director.
Bi-Lingual /Spanish Speaking is a plus.
Hourly Rate: $30.00
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as public health, health administration, social work, behavioral health, and/or psychology.

- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Improvement or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
