- Verifying electrical circuit design and PCB schematics and gerber files.
- Creating technical specifications, drawings and work order instructions before being released to production team.
- QC /QA checking of populated PCBs and assembled products against specifications and customer requirements.
- Perform visual quality, dimensional (micrometer, calipers) and optical performance testing.
- Perform incoming PCB and electronic materials inspection to ensure compliance.
- Preparation of COA/COC documentation.
- Maintenance of quality documentation and production logs.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans relating to RMAs.
- Draft quality related SOPs and work order instructions to help train and inform production operators and inspectors.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts/projects as part of team.
- BS in a technical or engineering discipline
- Manufacturing experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties and responsibilities outlined.
- Prior experience in SMT, PCB and/or electro-mechanical assembly.
- Diptrace or equivalent experience and ability to create and edit PCB engineering drawings.
- Practical knowledge of quality systems including SPC, control limits and in-line manufacturing process control.
- Working knowledge Microsoft PC (word, excel) software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with others.
