Responsibilities:
Job type: 1099 contract

Shift Hours: Should be available for 1st Shift at certain days, regular job hours.
Ability to commute to Melbourne FL
- Conducts quality control inspections throughout the production process (first-article, in-process and final pre-shipment). QC Inspection duties include, but are not limited to: visual (workmanship) evaluation, functional testing as applicable (measurements, assembly, etc.), packaging & labeling verification, etc.
- This position is for an on-site 3rd party quality engineering Inspector.
- You will be visually inspecting and recording all weld components of each product as well as managing any additional inspectors assigned to your site.
- Conducts technical sort and/or rework as necessary for client requirements.
- Provides timely, detailed reports and photographic evidence of product, packaging, labeling, defects noted, etc.
- Daily and weekly reports will be submitted using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Three or more years' experience in a Quality related position.
- QC Engineer with Electrical Inspection background preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comply with all professional ProQC and manufacturing site guidelines and safety requirements.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
