- Responsible for the operation, technical supervision, administration and supervision of the QC department and the QC technicians.
- Conduct quality tests, organize and implement corporate quality systems, and develop and write procedures relation to these systems.
- Ensure accurate evaluation, interpretation, and verification of analyses performed in the QC department.
- Manage and implement corporate quality systems.
- Works closely with departmental personnel (maintenance, engineering, production, and Quality Control) to ensure accuracy.
- Manage corporate Quality Control improvement projects.
- Responsible for reviewing, editing, and revising existing procedures and documents
- At least 5 years’ experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance Management, and familiarity with the manufacturing environment required.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and lead personnel.
- Experience with research project management.
- Skills in statistics and procedure implementation preferred.
