3rd shift
- Mon-Saturday 9:45pm-6:15am
Job Purpose:
The Quality Control Operator will be responsible for analyzing raw materials, samples, and finished goods. They will perform analyses, analyze data, maintain the laboratory environment, conduct product inspections, and maintain paperwork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for following all aspects of company safety rules and procedures including helping inform management of any unsafe conditions.
- Follow all working guidelines instructed by the including the 5’s protocol which is based on keeping the working areas clean and organized.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices and Food safety and quality guidelines are being followed.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating professionally and effectively with others as well as being able to receive communication from others.
- Must be organized and thorough with all lab procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High level of Integrity.
- Solid work history in a similar environment.
- Experience in Food Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of CGMPs.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Good analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the implementation of policies & procedures.
- Good planning, organizing, and integration skills.
- Clean background check.
