  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Facilitate cross-functional teams and quality improvement projects to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred.
  • Proven experience in Quality Control, quality assurance, or quality management roles, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate quality concepts and requirements to diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive cultural change toward a quality-centric mindset.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, standards, and compliance frameworks relevant to the organization's industry and markets.
