Job Description
Role:
The Largo Quality Control Inspector will oversee construction operations to ensure materials and construction practices meet contract requirements and LCI company standards and guidelines are followed. Largo QC Inspector will hold the Field Team (Superintendent, GF, Foremen, Leadmen) responsible for implementation of Largo Concrete Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Program and hold field team accountable for doing their part in QC to ensure project success. Largo QC Sr. Manager will establish QA procedures and QC Inspector will monitor field compliance. Largo QC Inspector will provide the experience and ability to identify potential issues/concerns and assist field team with suggesting where and how the team can improve. QC Inspector will not have any other duties that could possibly conflict with QA/QC activities.

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:
- Proficient in plan reading. Required to have a detailed and thorough knowledge and understanding of how to read and comprehend construction drawings and material specification.
- Knowledge of all aspect of construction that that QC Inspector is responsible to inspect.
- Ability to work with others and interact with field team, GC, inspectors.
- Knowledge of site and personnel safety methods of construction activities.
- Capacity to handle pressure
- Physical and mental fitness to perform all roles of this job description.
- Excellent communication skills. Communicate effectively with the Project Managers, Superintendents, foremen, GC, Inspectors.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to climb ladder up multiple floors.
- Must be able to walk up stair tower (min. 4 floors)
- Must be able to stand/work on feet for long periods of time. (min. 8 hours a day)
