Quality Control Lab Technician

We have an exciting opportunity at our NEW RENUZIT BRAND MANUFACTURING Facility for a hands-on problem solver who is excited about taking Renuzit Air Care to the NEXT level. This state of the art manufacturing facility will provide growth opportunities for future leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform various laboratory tests and analyses to assess product quality and safety

· Collect and record data accurately and efficiently

· Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with cGMP( Current Good Manufacturing Practices)

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions

· Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance

· Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

SKILLS:

· Familiarity with cGMP regulations and Quality Control processes

· Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation

· Experience in a manufacturing setting a plus

· Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations and measurements

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Ability to work independently as well a team player

· Effective and professional communication skills for collaborating with colleagues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School degree or GED.

Must be able to do basic mathematics (add, subtract, divide, multiply, fractions).

Must be able to be trained in the use of a computer. Computer experience preferred.

Must be able to read and follow instructions off a batch sheet.

Forklift driving experience is a plus.

Experience with chemical mixing is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift and grasp 40 lbs. from floor to waist and carry up to 100 yards, possibly up or down stairs throughout the shift.

Must be able to stand and or walk 100% of the shift.

Must be able to work kneeling, standing, or bending throughout the shift.

Must be able to discern color.
