Currently, we have an opening for a Final Quality Control Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible to learn to perform final quality inspection of silicone components to ensure compliance with specifications. May perform incoming inspections. Frist Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, Second Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm. $19.00/per hour plus $2.00 shift differential for second shift.
Essential Functions:
- Conducts visual inspection using various Quality Control equipment.
- Conducts individual final sample testing of physical properties of components to ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Completes required documentation.
- Uses Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and complexity in all processes.
- Performs duties in cross-trained areas, as required.
- Learns to verify correct operation of all Quality Control equipment as required.
- Learns to verify packaging for all products.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
