Responsibilities:
The ideal Quality Control Engineer will have experience monitoring and improving the quality of operational procedures and outputs.
Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems.
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
Traveling as needed to various sites to monitor and ensure quality compliance.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Continuous improvement mindset.
Experience working in multi-functional teams.

Qualifications:
Code reading.
Blueprint reading.
Quality process knowledge.
Experience using QA software.
Experience using AutoCAD.
Experience using Keyance machine.
Experience with MIM and PIM systems.
Experience with non-conformance processes.
Experience with springs and machined parts.
Experience with vendor communications.
