Position Summary: The Quality Control Associate serves a key role in ensuring CALI customers receive quality products and shipments that align with our brand. The Quality Control Associate will work under the direct guidance of the Quality Control lead, warehouse supervisors, operations management, and using established SOPs to complete work. The incumbent will execute day-to-day distribution and fulfillment operations including, but not limited to: ensuring order quality and accuracy, while documenting and reporting errors and damages to all essential team members for continual improvements.

Essential Duties:
- Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of CALI products and inventory codes
- Efficiently and quickly track customer orders
- Follow established QC practices, including affixing QC labels to all shipments
- Verify all shipments for 100% accuracy
- Provide constructive feedback to management in order to improve accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Provide QC feedback and improvement suggestions to leads and management
- Work with colleagues in a professional manner, establishing best practices on quality improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year + experience in a warehouse setting (forklift experience preferred)
- At least 6 months of inventory control and order picking experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong mathematical abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 30- 50 pounds, regularly

Compensation: $19.00 an hour DOE
