Quality Control Administrator

• 1st Shift - M-F
• Pay rate between $22-$23/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming and outgoing material to ensure quality.
• Test ongoing production samples as per testing procedures.
• Enter all testing results into spreadsheets and databases.
• Work closely with Management, Sales and customers in testing and developing new products.
• Entering invoices· Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Entering Purchase Orders into our Database· Entering Purchase Orders into the accounting Software

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite.
• A Working knowledge of EXCEL
• Experience in data management and reports
• Excellent typing skills· Strong written communication skills - emails.
• Pays close attention to details.
• Willingness to learn and can be flexible.
• Integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational, communication, listening, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, take initiative and work independently.

• Must be a team player with a willingness and ability to learn new things.

Ideally preferred:

• Experience in an office administrative role.
• Administrative and secretarial support experience.
• Quality control in a lab setting.
• Experience or and understanding in the plastics industry.
• High school graduate, supplemented by specialized course work or training in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software application programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
