Shift Times:
Swing - 1:00PM-9:30PM
Grave - 9:00PM-5:00AM
Description:
- Maintaining and following protocols and standard procedures.
- Operate plastic injection molding, thermoforming, or blow molding machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed to optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Assist in mold changes, material handling, and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address production challenges, implement process improvements, and achieve production targets.
- Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including recording production data and maintaining records of machine maintenance activities.
