The hourly rate offered for the role is $21.22/hr.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester/Solderer to ensure the quality and functionality of our products meet industry standards. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in testing and adjusting units to meet specifications and troubleshooting identified issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform solder assembly operations according to established procedures.
- Test and adjust units to meet in-shop, final test, and FTP specifications.
- Read and understand overall drawings, test specifications, and ATP reports.
- Utilize measurement instruments to check parts for compliance with quality specifications.
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of complex units.
- Operate mass spectrometers and ESS equipment when required.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment, sharing work and problem-solving responsibilities.
- Provide training to other employees as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance background required
- Minimum of 2 years of soldering experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of various quality assurance/measurement equipment including but not limited to mass spectrometers and ESS equipment.
- Ability to effectively read blueprints (will be tested prior to hire).
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Assembly background highly desired.
- Electrical background highly desired.
- Ability to effectively write quality assurance reports/findings.
