Quality Assurance Rn - Home Health Agency

Small but rapidly growing Home Health Agency in Newton, MA is looking for motivated, responsible and reliable Part-Time ( with pass to FT) QA Nurse with excellent clinical and administrative skills.

Experience:

- Previous Home Care and OASIS experience is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of Axxess software not required, but a big plus

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
