Quality Assurance Assistant/Reviewer

As a QA Assistant/Reviewer, you are responsible for reviewing OASIS and visit notes to ensure compliance and accuracy in field staff documentation.

Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: 986 Tibbetts Wick Rd, Girard, OH 44420 (Remote position after training)

As a Quality Assurance Assistant/Reviewer, you will:

• Review skilled nursing visit notes (RN/LPN).
• Review skilled nursing eval (RN).
• Review skilled therapy visit notes (PT/OT/ST).
• Review skilled therapy eval/re-evals (PT/OT/ST).
• Review all skilled discharge summaries.
• Review all discipline case conference notes.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• Must be literate and able to maintain simple records, in English.
• Must have a criminal background check.

Job Conditions:

• This is a desk position that involves sitting, standing, stooping, and walking as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication.
• This position requires minimal lifting.
• One must be able to adequately hear on the telephone, with no more than an amplifier and be able to communicate both verbally and in writing, in English.
