Job Description
SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance and Order Management Specialist will work closely with the VP of Engineering and the Director of Operations, and you will have the opportunity to take on special projects that provide a line of sight into how their departments run to achieve business goals. Daily, you will learn how to problem solve, conduct real-time observations, and drive results while meeting SLAs.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrate clear communication skills, and be motivated to learn- with a genuine interest in driving impact in SPED classrooms.
This position is located in Dallas, TX, and you will be required to work in the office to fulfill your duties.
It is expected that the person filling this role will be able to lift packages weighing at least 30 lbs.
This position is a part-time, 1099 position and earns $25 per hour with an estimated monthly earning of $1,500. The candidate will have the ability to set their hours, expected to be roughly 15 hours per week. Candidate will have the ability to expand hours pending approval for the Director of Operations.
This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
- Learn the basics of RoboKind’s supply chain operations to:
- Facilitate and coordinate shipping & returns for approved orders & returns in approved situations.
- Pack and fulfill orders as needed
- Maintain and manage inventory, reporting to the Operations team on supply levels
- Develop an understanding of the Robot technology
- Work with the Development team on robot Quality Assurance
- Work inter-departmentally to develop an internal knowledge base for technical support requests
- Assist Partnership Success Team with tier 1 technical support requests
- Document all identified robot issues in the issues log
- Identify and prepare demo robots for assignment to employees as necessary
- Process older robot inventory for refurbishment or disposal
Other Requirements:
- Must demonstrate a passion for people, culture, and employee engagement
- Proficiency in standard office software applications (ie, MS Office)
- Strong relationship and listening skills, emotional intelligence
- Ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Dallas or in a remote environment.
