Capital Vacations is looking to add a Quality Assurance Representative to our Springfield Call Center. The QA Representative is in charge of closing each mini-vacation package sale. Shift: Additional hours may be required to cover shifts, meet deadlines and goals as necessary:
$1000 or more per week
Full-Time: Monday - Friday, No weekends, No holidays

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify and Close sales for our Tele-Sales Reps
Ensure all vacation packages are fully qualified
Assist our Tele-Sales Reps with any questions they may have
Maintain excellent quality standards in compliance with set company guidelines
Assists with the development of the call center training and QA process
Assist Floor Managers with call monitoring, etc.
Code records completely and accurately
Set travel dates for the vacation package, at the customer's request
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
H.S. Diploma/GED required
3-5 Years - Quality assurance and/or customer service experience REQUIRED
Report directly to Night Shift Manager.
Some collegiate-level business classes are preferred.

Must use excellent communication and stellar customer service skills while using proper phone etiquette.
Must have the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Proficiency in PC programs such as Excel, Word, etc is helpful.
Must work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
