Essential Job Functions
1. Perform incoming inspection of all bill of material items as per internal SOP.
2. Responsible for developing and control the material result forms as per internal procedures.
3. Read, record & report results.
4. Communicate with Operations personnel regarding status of testing including releases and problems
encountered.
5. Perform status change in ERP system.
6. Communicate with product supplier to assist with Quality systems.
7. Responsible for the temperature and humidity control data logger system.
8. Help with the Calibration program.
9. Help to Maintain the Nonconformance system.
10. Assist QA department when requested with CAPA, NCM, Investigations, etc.
Experience
Required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Requires educational equivalent to a high school diploma and 3 years or more of related experience with extensive knowledge of QA functions in a cGMP environment.
