This approach includes both crisis interventions, such as emergency shelter and family reunification services, as well as ongoing support to build family resiliency, including counseling, education, and parenting classes. In 2020 alone, Child Crisis Arizona served over 6,000 children and families through various programs and services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for assisting in the development of and the coordination of the Quality and Compliance program.
  • Determining programmatic requirements and developing a system of monitoring against those requirements.
  • Conducts internal quality audits and makes recommendations that will positively impact operational compliance.
  • Identifies program inefficiencies or areas of non-compliance, and makes appropriate recommendations.
  • Delivers program metrics is a comprehensive and concise manner.
  • Utilizes tools as required to analyze and determine data trends and results.
  • Develops and maintains organizational and program metrics reporting.
  • Conducts reviews of contract requirements, funding agency policies, licensing requirements and accreditation standards to understand the requirements and deliverables and validate program performance.
  • Presents findings and identifies and assists with implementation of strategies that will ensure program or department performance and Compliance.
  • Assists in developing process and outcome measures to determine if program goals are being met. Identifies data sources to assist in measurement assessment.
  • Develops reports that clearly state the outcome findings in a meaningful way.
  • Models Agency’s expectation for sensitivity and competency relating to diversity and cultural awareness.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and technology
  • Excel power-user
  • Must be able to display verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of the position and needs of clients.
  • Project Coordination skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess or able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Must have valid Driver License and five-year clean driving record
