Join our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Admin to join our team at LSG Sky Chefs. The Quality Admin will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational processes.
Main Accountabilities
- Communicate with airline meal control to ensure timely receipt of preliminary and final meal counts and distribute information to shift managers promptly.
- Use Excel, LINK, and CBASE for data entry, generating check sheets, boarding bills, and labels, and ensure accurate completion of the billing process.
- Announce last-minute changes via the paging system and monitor email for COE inquiries, resolving daily billing questions to prevent errors.
- Manage office responsibilities, including maintaining supplies, upgrading the Pitney Bowes machine, handling visitor logs and ID badges, issuing parking permits, and initiating copier repair calls.
- Print daily punch details, verify adjustment logs, and accurately enter adjustments into eTime, reporting any no lunch punches to department management.
- Report temporary employee hours to the controller, print and email daily hours reports to management and supervisors, and communicate completed adjustments in eTime to the controller every Friday.
- Communicate ID badge issues with the HR department and safeguard against errors in billing while identifying and resolving errors promptly.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• High school graduate
• Five years' experience in mailroom and facilities maintenance
• Working knowledge of personal computers and MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Valid Driver's License
