Qualifications:
Graduateof an approved school of professional nursing.
LicensedNurse in the applicable state.
Wetake new graduates; we will train you!
Responsibilities:
Providesskilled nursing care as outlined in the nursing care plan.
Completeevaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
AdministerPhysician-prescribed medication to patients.
Provideeducation to clients and their family on proper home health care procedures andstrategies.
Coordinatewith Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and otherindividuals in the client's care plan
Recommendtools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the client.
