Arthrex Inc. is hiring a QMS and Warehouse Trainer to work at our Logistics Center in Fort Myers, FL to be responsible for establishing educational Warehousing and Fulfillment curriculum and quality documents in support of Arthrex standards, goals, and initiatives. The QMS and Warehouse Trainer will also be responsible for standardization of training throughout the Warehousing and Fulfillment organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and leads in the design, development and upkeep of global Quality Management Systems Standard Operating Procedures, local work instructions, and other training materials.
• Responsible for coordinating and delivering a formal training program.
• Arranges specific training solutions.
• Works with business partners to identify scenarios and tasks for training and provides remedies for their needs.
• Provides ongoing education and training to existing employees to cultivate their skills, strengthen knowledge, and increase efficiency.
• Reviews records of errors by associate and works with supervisors for additional required training.
• Fairly and consistently reviews and evaluates departments' quality performance.
• Implements and communicates standards and effective models.
• Provides feedback to associates and their supervisors on a regular basis as established by department.
• Coaches associates and supervisors for success in executing and delivering exemplary service to Arthrex customers, both internal and external.
• Provides evaluation feedback to Sr. Director, Director, Sr. Managers, Managers and Supervisors for annual performance reviews.
• Provides working plan and goals to Supervisors that require improvement and advised them of a variety of actions that will assists with their improvement.
• Consults with direct supervisor regarding any concerns or problems that have been observed while monitoring and works to resolve, instruct, and educate.
• Identifies and recommends statistics, analysis, and trends on reaching quality benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators.
• Participates and collaborates in any actions, solutions for improvement. This includes but is not limited to surveys, training and executing any plans for business standards.
• Always maintains discretion and confidentiality.
• Uses independent judgment while serving as a coach and mentor to maintain Arthrex quality standards.
• Collaborates with Arthrex Learning and Development on new and best practices.
• Availability to attend seminars, conferences, or symposiums to keep up to date on software as well as skills for best practices.
• Hours flexible per business needs.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2 years training and supervisory experience, required.
• SAP experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Advanced computer skills to include all Microsoft applications with exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PCs, database, and office equipment.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate effectively and proficiently ideas and issues to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
