Position Summary
As part of the Medicare Appeals team, this colleague will be responsible for responding to the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals requests for Administrative Law Judge(ALJ) requests. Using multiple UM, Claims, Appeals and criteria resources, this team provides either a position paper in response to an ALJ request or attends a virtual court hearing with Judges and Appellants. Successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work in a fast paced and autonomous environment, stellar organizational skills to manage multiple case at once and be successful in high pressure situations.
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence

3+ years of Clinical experience

2+ years of Medicare experience

Preferred Qualifications
Medicare Appeals experience

UM experience preferably in Post Acute care
Education
RN diploma minimum

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
