QA/Aerospace Inspector III

 What you'll do

• Inspect aerospace and commercial CNC machined parts to verify configuration to blueprints, drawings, and/or customer specifications
• Work with complex measurements and FAI reports.
• Use Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
• Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as CMM, rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Read blueprints, work orders, part lists, or other materials to determine specifications are being met.
• Convert data into FAI's via Net-Inspect or AS9102 Forms
• Program simple programs from provided drawings and/or models

  What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with Aerospace Inspection required
• 4+ years of quality assurance inspection.
• Knowledge of paint thickness.
• Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing skills.
• Familiar with and able to operate CMM and knowledge of current software
