Position: QA Test Leadwith nCino and Banking Domain
Location: NY City or Troy/MI. Need local candidates either in NY/NJ or Troy/MI.
Interview Required: Video
Candidates must be LOCAL to the NEW YORK or NEW JERSEY or Troy, MI area and COMMUTE into the city THREE TIMES A WEEK in Midtown, NYC. NO RELOCATION CONSIDERED.
We need: A senior (10+ Years) QA engineer with at least 2 years of recent Lead experience as well as recent Banking experience. Candidates must be local to NYC/NJ or Troy Michigan and go into the office three times a week. CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THEIR MOST RECENT PROJECT IN BANKING OR FINANCIAL SERVICES. Experience with Banking software is required and nCino, AFS, or Fiserv DNA would be a HUGE plus.
This person must be able to write test scripts as well as create the overall test plan.
Financial experience is required and any knowledge of nCino, AFS, or Fiserv DNA would be a plus.

Proven in program level (life cycle) testing management.
Proficient in providing oversight and coordination of work with multiple workstreams. Ability to utilize existing resources to their fullest potential, along with forecasting additional resource needs to meet program resource demands.
Proficient in constructing and execution of test strategies and plans; including "metric driven" entrance and exit criteria. Ability to demonstrate leadership skills when remediation work is required to bring execution of test plans back to program level acceptance.
Knowledgeable in all Jira aspects; starting with issue (story) creation, test cases, defect management, reverse traceability, and management reporting.
Knowledgeable working in various Software Development Methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.
Excellent verbal and written skills. Understands and communicates effectively to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner.
Self-starter. Ability to multi-task in an effective and productive manner. Able to prioritize work by dividing time, attention, and effort. Demonstrates great attention to detail.
Ability to adjust positively to quickly changing priorities and shifting goals in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable in banking or finance industry required Local to Troy, Michigan or NYC desired
