Job Responsibilities:
· Reviews Sterilization cycle data and generates SterilizerLoad Reports (SLR)s from the PLC sterilizer control system.
· Reviews Sterilizer Load Reports for meetingspecifications, accuracy and completeness.
· Reviews Sterilizer Load Reports forspecification deviations.
· Verifies Sterilization Bar Code Accountabilityand Packing Sterilizer Tag Verification and review for accuracy and completeness.
· Quality Control Sterilization Release Checklist,Product/Process Deviation Reports (PPDR)s, Event Report Forms (ERF)s, EquipmentFailure Reports (ERF)s, Quality Control Reports (QCR)s, Quality Control Investigations(QCI)s, and review them for meeting specification, accuracy and completeness.
· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel andSharepoint.
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
